The same great Butcher since 1911, now with a Bistro &a new in-house Bakery.
Jackson's has been part of the Kitsilano neighbourhood since 1911 providing the freshest and best food to our community. In 2020 we expanded the Butcher Shop to add a full service restaurant serving in-house smoked & grilled meats, burgers, snacks, salads & vegetarian choices alongside BC's best craft beers on tap, craft cider, wine & cocktails.
In 2026 we've expanded again to add a Bakery, serving fresh breads, muffins, croissants, cookies and desserts, along with JJ Bean coffees.
